Your use of this website and your acceptance without modification of
the terms, conditions and notices constitutes your agreement to these
terms.
delivery
We will aim to dispatch your pack within 48 hours of receipt of an
order Monday to Friday. However, to allow for all eventualities, please
allow 15 days for delivery.
Note: To maximise the chance that your Adoption Pack will arrive in
time for Christmas, please order your Pack before December 11th for UK
deliveries and November 27th for delivery to any other countries.
Damaged goods. We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in
transit. If the Adoption Pack arrives damaged from transit please let
us know within 7 days and we will inform you of the procedure to
receive another Adoption Pack. Remember to keep hold of the damaged
goods and the packaging too!

Please ensure all your details are correct.
Neither One World Wildlife nor its programme adoptwildlife.org can be
held responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.
cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order by
emailing
rose@oneworldwildlife.org or calling + 44 (0)117 352 5627
within seven days. We will ensure that your order is cancelled and no
payment is taken if the cancellation is made within the seven day
period and within that period the order has not been processed. If the
order has already been processed through Worldpay we regret that our
refund policy applies.
refunds
If the adoption pack you receive is no longer wanted
we will give you a full refund as long as you inform Adoptwildlife of
the cancellation within the seven day period and as long as the full
pack is returned undamaged to:

If you cancel the order within seven days and subsequently receive the
adoption pack then you are entitled to a full refund as long as the
full pack is returned undamaged.
We will refund your payment within 30 days.
The refund policy does not apply if the cancellation is made after the
seven day period.
amendments to terms & conditions
The terms and conditions
can be altered at any time. These changes will apply from the date they
go on the website so we ask you to re-check the terms and conditions
each time you make an adoption as any amendments which may have been
made will apply.
