The beautiful Barn Owl was once a common sight across our night skies - their ghostly faces and shrieking calls were familiar to the people of the United Kingdom and no barn or village church was complete without one.
Sadly, over the last 50 years, the countryside has changed beyondrecognition and Barn Owl numbers have fallen by 70%. With less preyfood available and fewer nesting sites, barn owls are struggling tosurvive. Unfortunately this is the same for most owls around the world.
If you adopt an owl we can help to protect these wonderful animals.
Adopt an owl for just £30 (either £3 a month or a one-off payment - choose your payment option below) and you will receive an Owl Adoption Pack containing:
- an adoption certificate
- an owl photograph
- four owl postcards
- One World Wildlife information booklet on your species
- a beautiful owl soft toy*
You also have the option of adding a beautiful Owl toy to your adoption pack for an extra £10. If you choose the monthly payment option then this will make your minimum monthly payment £4 rather than £3.
